Shit. I can't sleep. Hate when that happens.

Gonna blame it on the diet coke I got over at Val & Denny's. Yeap, looks like Kate got our wish. They invited us over.

Its a small place. Its cool. You know, nothing better than ours. Naturally, Kate thinks they clean better than we do.

Hate when she starts up crap like that. Is she kidding me? What the fuck? I get in there and clean up my wiskers in the sink. She's only gonna bitch about it until it gets done.

I mean, things were looking pretty good. You know, me and her. Afterward. Thought, I'd be gett'n some. Apparently not.

Don't she know I need it MORE when it gets below zero.

All right. I'll shut up. She got her period. And I guess I might as well be on the net than in bed with her. For the moment, anyway. Its like she needs time to relax and listen to some of her gothic tunes. And you know, I get it. I really do.

But I am kind of sleepy. Just a little. I'm really thinking, I might just fall asleep if I get in bed. Cause I need some sleep.

Its been hell of a week. Shoveling snow. Making sure sidewalks are all salted down or whatever that crap is that we use, so people can walk around outside the school.

Can you believe they still make the kids go outside in those cold temps? Man, I don't get it. Seems like they should be doing more in-door play shit. But what do I know. Probably what they do in Sweeden or something.

But my lips are all chapped. My hands hurt from the cold. Yeah, I feel really old. Weather like this can make you feel really bad. You gotta wear layers.

I'll be so glad when winter is over. I'll be glad when Kate's period is over too.
